The plastic components are printed from strong, durable plastics such as Nylon 12, the toughest material currently used in the 3D-Printing industry, and ASA, a strong and highly UV-resistant material.
The repair bits are then secured using our preferred method of a 3M bonding adhesive for maximum strength, ease of repair, and reliability.
Each component is specifically engineered based on customers’ demands using the latest in 3D scanning systems, modeling software, and 3D-Printing technology.
